Japanese vampire
The crypt of Lord Tadayoshi Okabe in Sanshi-no-mori Park, in Suginami Ward, Tokyo. Okabe was one of the greatest villains in Japanese folklore. His feudal-era estate sat in what today is Tokyo's Suginami Ward.
The heinous tales surrounding him make him out to be a vampire, a sort of Japanese Dracula. Therefore, his grave is tightly sealed and bound with chains forever. At this time of year, every Halloween season, the Ward Office puts a day and night guard on the grave site to deter Halloween revelers trying to cut the chains and muck around with the grave.
